How to reset the TV Connector?

To reset the TV Connector, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Connect button on the back of the TV Connector for 7 seconds
  2. During the 7 seconds, the LED will initially flash blue, then red. Once the reset is complete, the LED will turn orange.

Once the reset is finished, any previously paired hearing aids that will be deleted from the TV Connector memory.
