- Select a different Noah client record. The client record could be damaged and this will cause Unitron TrueFit to fail.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling may fix this issue. Uninstall Unitron TrueFit using the Windows Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs or Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program option. When the uninstall is complete, Unitron TrueFit can be reinstalled.
