The volume control range is configured on the End Fitting > HI Setup screen in the Volume Settings task box. Here you can select the Volume Control Up option (off, 6 dB, 10 dB) and the Volume Control Down option (off, 6 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB) which determine the actual volume control range.
