The symptoms of hearing loss vary and often occur so gradually that you do not realize it is happening. This questionnaire and hearing loss screening can guide you through an initial assessment and detect if you have a hearing loss.
This self-administered screening is not intended to replace a comprehensive hearing exam that leads to a diagnosis. You should visit a hearing healthcare professional for further testing if a hearing loss is suspected. Learn more about who to contact if you suspect you have a hearing loss.
