Fern Scherer wants to live life to the fullest. As an active senior, she attends theatre, lectures, and family gatherings. She wanted a hearing device that could keep up to these environments and help her hear in background noise.
Fern could not believe the difference between her Yuu 13 BTEs and her previous digital hearing aids. After trying them out at the theatre, church and a lecture, she was amazed that she was "catching all the words". Words that once sounded slurred now sounded annunciated. On her walks through the woods, she could hear the leaves rustling in the wind and birds chirping, sounds she loves to hear each day.
Fern felt that she has never had hearing aids "working so beautifully" before. After the first week, she rarely had to adjust the volume and she found other’s voices "just right".
