Specialized hearing accessories are designed for specific types of hearing losses.

CROS/BiCROS

A CROS/BiCROS device is designed to provide benefit to individuals with no useable hearing in one ear. The device transfers sound from a transmitter on the poor ear side to a receiver on the better ear side where it can be heard. CROS devices are for individuals with normal hearing in their better ear. BiCROS devices are for those with a hearing loss in their better ear.
