Along with a thorough evaluation of your hearing, they will also talk to you about your lifestyle, budget and other considerations – to help determine the best hearing instruments for your needs

Unitron believes people with hearing loss deserve the best possible care. Unitron also believes in the critical role hearing healthcare professionals play in realizing best possible patient outcomes. Licensed and trained hearing healthcare professionals offer essential and specialized fitting expertise, counselling and training resulting in optimal result for the patient, and most successful use of Unitron hearing instruments.

Unitron strongly discourages the purchase of hearing instruments through the Internet, catalogs, mail order or any other indirect means without the direct involvement of the hearing healthcare professional, and without the benefit of face-to-face consultation. Unitron will make best effort at all times to ensure Unitron hearing instruments are delivered to consumers through authorized and trained hearing healthcare professionals.

For the above reasons, Unitron reserves the right to deny the supply of hearing instruments to any account that fails to provide a face-to-face fitting of Unitron hearing instruments. Consumers should be aware that Internet, catalog and mail order retailers who sell Unitron hearing instruments are not authorized to do so by the company.

Unitron reserves the right to independently determine, at our discretion, whether the requirements set out in this Internet sales policy are being satisfied. Customers are advised through this publicly disclosed policy that Unitron employees are not authorized to amend or provide an exception to this Internet Sales Policy.
