How does my client know if there is a new remote adjustment available?
When a new adjustment is made available, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. Click on the notification to access the adjustment directly. You will also be alerted in the Remote Plus app if there is a new remote adjust message. Click on 'See Adjustment' to access the message. Existing adjustments can also be accessed by navigating to Settings > My hearing aids > Hearing aid adjustments.
