Why does the phone first show ‘Hands-free’ and then the name of the hearing aid when connecting to the mobile phone?
This is a normal process for Bluetooth connectivity when pairing for the first time. You may see the words ‘Hands-free’ or a series of numbers in the form of xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx. After a few seconds, the name of the hearing aids will be displayed.
